    Helpful staff but a limited range. The shop was a bit untidy and not the normal professional look that I am accustomed to. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful but the range was somewhat limited,

    After sales service sucks. The tv deleted everything on my 2tb drive when recording from the tv to the drive. When I informed the sales team about this problem they didn't care or provide me with any helpful advice. I will not be purchasing anything from them again and I will inform my family and friends not to purchase anything from this company now and in the future!
