  I’m no saint and guess I didn’t walk into the Forster Telstra Store today with a smile on my face but the service I received from their manager (I think) was boisterous, rude and confrontational. Unfortunately now I have to ring their HOPELESS customer service department in Malaysia which is regrettably something I could have avoided with a yes sir no sir attitude to the precious Team Telstra Staff #yesoptus #optusNBNbetterdeals #telstradumbasses

  Went to Forster Telstra shop to extend contract and met up with arrogant staff member who thought being a smart mouth was a way to win customers; I did not extend my contract.

  Maybe you need to educate your Team members Telstra, on how to demonstrate good customer service and you might just command a little more respect from your customers, after all, we certainly pay for it.
