    I have had my underarms waxed twice here as it is such a convenient location, unfortunately i could have done a better job myself at home for a fraction of the price. The first time the young girl broke all the hair and it looked like i had shaved with a very blunt razor. Stupidly i didn't say anything and paid full price. I returned not long after and told them I'd had a bad wax job without mentioning it was from this same place, this lady did a better job (anyone could have), it was still not up to what I could have done, by myself at home. I was very frustrated by the experience and have decided underarm waxing is not their speciality and would not go back unless they advertise they have a master waxer and will not charge if you aren't satisfied.
