  Receptionist Gemma and nurses were rude at appointment and over the phone when I rang to express I had a lump subsequent to dental surgery. On a previous visit had to lift my leg onto the chair, not allowed to dangle leg ! (verboten) I had to fill in a first visit form every time I've gone there over the last three years. Accused of raising my voice over the phone and not following advice (drinking or smoking) after extraction. Very rude indeed. Dentists were always professional, other staff leave a lot to be desired and not doing this practice any favours, Very disrespectful, yet have no professional qualifications themselves, and seem to treat women better than men.

  Amazing experience this morning with the dentist Dr. Gary Nawrungsah and nurse Belinda. I was so impressed with the kindness and consideration they gave me. I have quite a fear of going to the dentist and I've never experienced virtually painless surgery and such pacience and understanding of my fears. The end result of the work done was of great quality. It's a pity I'm traveling as they would definitely be my regular dentists. Highly recommend!!!!!! In fact I may even make a point of travelling back for future dental work:) As a side note I witnessed the receptionist Melissa handelling a difficult situation with an unreasonable patient very well and feel that the clinic as a whole is very genuine and caring.
