    I was at Harvey Norman today in Forster and I have to say the customer service was pathetic. There was 2 customers (one was me) and 3 staff. At no time did any of them approach me, not that it was needed and I was standing at the front desk to pay. I waited and waited and then I waited some more. They all had a couple of looks in my direction, (one staff member was inside where you pay). I stood there thinking if they even knew what to do! I left the three items on the counter and walked out. The one guy near the cashier watched me! You lost yet another customer Harvey, you seem to be the weakest link, good bye!

    Smaller than normal and the staff seemed a bit light on knowledge. Still an easy transaction, it is disappointing the we have to put you details in every time you buy from a Harvey Norman store. Surely they can share CRM.
