  After giving detailed information as to my requirements i.e. a scanner to scan old black & white photos of my sister and myself, I purchased the recommended one from Leading Edge Forster. Not only did it not do what was promised, the owner of the store was rude, hostile and said he "would not give a refund adding that by law, he didn't have to". In fact, he denied I had even told him anything regarding the types of photos I intended to scan.

  small town business at it's best! Always helpful and will even recommend other professionals who may be better for a particular problem. We cannot recommend them highly enough!!! Great service.

  I have used this store on occasions to service my laptop and to undertake repairs on other equipment. I have always been treated professionally, all explanations have been made clearly so that I was aware of the process being undertaken. I would highly recommend this business.

  He was also extremely rude to my sister who was kind enough to offer to return the scanner, as I was heading back up the coast. Finally, i phoned the store myself. Roger was again rude, unwilling to listen and infact used foul language and then slammed the phone down.

  Eventually, my sister returned to Leading Edge Forster and he finally refunded the full amount, however, not before hurling more abuse towards my sister. That is and will be the only time I ever purchase from Leading Edge.
