    Was not great, very poor experience, and still no refund. I ordered a designers choice and spent at over $60, I got something akin to servo flowers.

    I have received flowers twice now from this florist and both floral arrangements have been lovely. Very fresh and lasted for over a week on both occasion's. Also good to know my husband gave them a price and they made up a lovely boxed arrangement that was very good value.

    If you want to surprise someone special DON'T GO HERE. Unprofessional, impersonal, she muffed my credit card numbers, hadn't obtained any of my contact details, so decided to obtain them from none other than the Recipient - the person who was supposed to get a surprise out of the blue. Well, that totally ruined what should have been a sparkle in someone's rather sad day. When I phoned her to express my disappointment, she hung up. What a fool. Her incompetence was astounding. There are two other Florists in the area - do yourself a favour and go there, instead.
