  I have been a long term patient at Banks and Dade. In the 10 years I have been going, they have gone above and beyond in their treatment and follow up care. They treat my whole family and make you feel a part of theirs. I will continue to recommend this practice to anyone who requires treatment.

  Called in here off the street while passing through the region because I urgently needed an adjustment (I get monthly chiropractic at home) - was unable to straighten up and was in great discomfort. I know the vagaries of just turning up and expecting to get an appointment soon (I'd already crossed 6 of the 9 chiros in Taree/Forster off the list that couldn't help me), so had a low expectation, and of course approached the task with great politeness. The receptionist was friendly and seemed very willing to help me out, but when she consulted with one of the chiros in this practice to see if they could squeeze me, he came out and sent me on my way in an extremely terse, direct and unprofessional manner. Polity costs nothing mate - maybe you missed the session on customer service in your studies. Thankfully, a nearby chiropractor (Helen Dempster) fitted me in last thing on a Friday evening, and couldn't have been more friendly or helpful.
