  On subsequent return calls, she hung up on me until I finally got someone else who was not able to help me and said I had to speak to Jane and took a message (which I don't imagine will be returned.)

  When trying to enter into a payment plan for the balance of what is owed (under $800), she escalated immediately to Debt Collection Agencies and threats of solicitors and then hung up.

  Last week I had the pleasure of having my house re-carpeted and vinyl planks put in my home all done by choices flooring in Forster. They were both polite and professional yet friendly and down to earth, they have an amazing team working for them and I just can't say thankyou enough. I would highly recommend their services to all prospective customers. Thanks guys for a wonderful job.................cherie

  The owner "Jane " is rude and aggressive to the point of sending further business elsewhere, both from a personal preference plus the preference of our large Real Estate property manager.
