  So he left and you guys lost ANOTHER customer to her behaviour, if you don’t want people coming into your shop then don’t work here.

  There is a middle aged lady that works here and I’ve only seen her twice and each time I go in there she is shockingly rude to her customers. Last time I went in there was a man infront of my partner and I and he described cigerettes to her that his girlfriend wanted and she said “look tell her to buy her own cigerettes” and he just walked out and afterwards she shook her head and bitched about him to us, now today my partner went in to get cigerettes and asked about prices and she said “we don’t have prices” so he asked what brands because he knows some aren’t cheaper than other s and she said “if you don’t know what you want you shouldn’t smoke” then ended it with “if you want to browse then go to the tobacconist”

  There are always friendly and helpful staff, and the store is usually clean and tidy. However the aisles are a little small, which makes it a little awkward to navigate aisles and to queue for the counter
