  Clean-ish, but needs some work. Room was dated. Bathroom okay, but toilet didn't flush, and dead cockroach on floor. Live spiders in spa. Bed clean, but small, only a double bed.

  We stayed in a delux room with spa,which had the taps, and spout cut off,so you couldn't use it.room very old and not very clean. The rest of the family stayed in the family room which was worse lounge springs didn't work and it had very old beds uncomfortable. Glad it was only 1 night.Unless desperate don't stay here

  Awful awful AWFUL. RUDEST STAFF I HAVE EVER MET. They don't care for there customers. Try somewhere else - anywhere else is better than here. They forgot to add the bed in our room and did nothing to help us, but instead shouted at us and when I rang the manager Tony, he hung up. The most unprofessional 'hotel' i've ever come across

  My husband and i stayed here 2 weeks ago for our anniversary getaway, the room was small but suitable as would spend most our time out of the room anyway, good size, comfortable bed with extra blankets and pillows if needed. The only negatives i had was the fact that the room had no microwave, plates or cutlery (something i now know to check further with booking accomodation, so my fault.) The bathroom is older styled shower in a tub but the tub was a very good size corner spa bath, very comfortably fit 2 people and relax. No wifi or foxtel which makes rainy days a little boring and very small balcony but all in all a lovely quaint hotel walking distance to pubs, clubs, fishing, shops and swimmimg. A special thank you goes to the lovely lady that runs it all, she went out of her way to welcome us being our 10 year wedding anniversary we came back to our room later the first night and she had bought us champaign and chocolates (an old offer was attached to booking confirmation Email, i told her so she could have it removed and i didn't mind that we were not going to get it, she then got her husband to run down the shop while we were out) that little gesture made for a lovely first night. Beautiful people who care about their customers stay and comfort.

  Location is great 5 min walk to shops, bowling club and the beach. The rooms are attiquite. I stayed in a spa room for 2 nights and the spa was great after walking around all day. Room was clean and serviced during our stay. For the price the room, location and service were great.
