Good accommodation great the Italian restaurant serves the best Italian food..not to far from Newcastle

Great views and comfortable room. Amenities in the room were very minimal - no plates, cutlery, or toaster as one would expect from even the most basic hotel room. General maintenance lacked attention to detail - balcony light and one bedside light not functional, screen door to balcony was corroded and warped so difficult to slide and not able to be locked. Some towels that were left by housekeeping had large brown stains that looked like fake tan. Body/hair wash dispenser in the shower was near empty on arrival and was not checked or changed by housekeeping. This place has a lot of potential but missed the mark in some areas.

The restaurant downstairs was great and the hotel is in a great location!

Nice place but it's not boutique or luxury.

Great views and lovely location but this is not a boutique hotel. Lacked personality. Bathrooms are dated, smallest vanity ever - no room to put anything. Shower is very small and the hot/cold tap was backwards!!!

Well-situated but the rooms are poorly designed. There is a good kitchen sink but no microwave and only basic circles and cutlery. And when I stayed they tried to charge me $50 for a trundle bed for my son even though the booking had been for the two of us.

Very expensive for the plainest room I've ever stayed in! The bathroom has absolutely no where to place toiletry items and the shower and bathroom doors made it almost impossible to move. Though clean and tidy I felt that the hotel has no personality.
