    Dealt with this company in regards to a fridge repair and while i cannot fault the repairman Steve who quickly found the problem and was very helpful the wait for the spare part was over 2 weeks and it took a call to samsung to get them to work with the Germon to get the part and mainly because the lady on the desk , Donna has a very passive aggressive manner and is most unpleasant to deal with.
