    Purchased a burger box recently. Popcorn chicken was not full. Chicken patties on burgers were small. Was charged extra 50c for Zinger twister. Was charged extra 50c for 1 extra lousy sauce yet complimentary sauce was not in the box. I asked for extra salad on the twister but didnt get it.We get much much better value for money in Sydney at our local KFC. Considering small town businesses like Forster depend on tourists spending their hard earned cash to survive, KFC Forster sure need to lift their game. Not sure if we will return in the future!

    Loved KFC until they have messed up my order not just once but a few times and now they have change their potato and gravy. It's just not the same, more mashed potato and less gravy that doesn't taste the same anymore.

    Only disappointment are the uncleaned tables and chairs in customer area

    Very poor customer service rarely get all of my order and put one person on counter in peak times and usually a very inexperienced person aswell
