  The owner was unpleasant, rude, unprofessional and should not be in the tourism trade. Go next door to the No.1 Boat Shed. They are great and really friendly.

  I recently purchased a kayak from the hire fleet at Waterline Boathouse. I could not be happier with the service I received, with the product, or with the fair price. The owner/manager was helpful, courteous, obliging and well informed about his product. I was very happy doing business with Paul at Waterline Boathouse and would recommend the product and the helpful service without hesitation.

  We hired kayaks and kids were enjoying themselves but when they started to struggle we asked the owner to take a motorised boat out and get the kids or at least tow them back. He refused saying we signed a waiver. I mentioned that I would pay for the petrol and still refused, Kids nearly drowned last year luckily they all knew how to swim. I would never use these guys again.

  Had a fantastic family time using the Aqua Trikes at Waterline Boathouse. Enjoyed coffees, milkshakes and muffins afterwards, at the undercover cafe on the lake. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. Cannot understand the bad reviews I’ve read. Have nothing but good things to say, after our time there. Can’t wait to go back. Wish we had been going there years ago!
